Often times in the music world the listening public pays tribute and acclaim
to featured vocalists and band leaders, but they often negate or undermine
the importance of the talented artists who do a tremendous job “behind the
scenes”. Such an extraordinary artist is Bob Gallarza. As an accomplished
record producer and outstanding guitarist, he brought his ingenuity to Texas
allowing his vast experience in mainstream music and “West Coast Sound”
to create a polished professional sound to “Tex-Mex” music. This sound
would be later realized as the pioneer of what “Tejano” music is today.
Bob Gallarza, who has long been a strong force~ behind the success of many noted artists, has recently been recognized as the availing spotlight by producing, arranging & performing in his own albums. His latest C.D. entitled “Visions” shows the exuberance of his creativity providing his listeners with an array of legendary music with legendary performing artists. This production is no doubt yet another classic. Bob Gallarza’s extensive musical experience is almost overwhelming.
