Elsa Garcia Doll

The doll was first conceived by two of Elsa's most fanatic fans, Tim and Vivian Rodriguez almost 2 years ago. The doll, made in Venezuela, will be available by the middle of Aug, 1996 and will be sold mainly by phone orders at first.
Vivian figured it was time to have a hispanic "Barbie Doll", and Tim figured it was Elsa who deserved it the most for all the contribution that she has given to the Tejano music fans.
