John Whipple, Tejas Records: "Our thoughts and prayers are with the Martinez family. Jesse’s most recent efforts in the recording studio were in attempt to get the band’s new CD to his fans by October, 2002. The family, his new label and the distributors have agreed that the release date will not be moved forward or back but remain October 1st as was Jesse’s desire prior to his death".
