The 4th Annual Tejano Connection Music Awards was held in Dallas, Tx at the Bronco Bowl Arena on May 21, 1999. The Tejano Connection Awards reconizes and honors North Texas Latino Music Artists.
The show went along pretty smooth even though there were a few presenters and performers who didn't show up. Shelly Lares and Pete Astudillo hosted the show like a couple of experienced MC's. Tejano Connection presented them with their own "Best Host" award.
